Every case below is a real engagement. Where a client has asked to stay unnamed we describe the category instead. The numbers are unchanged either way.

Supplement DTC
$210k/mo across Meta and Google. Creative volume from 4 ads to 66 in 180 days, CAPI installed week one.
Fashion retailer
$340k/mo. PMax split by margin tier with brand excluded; new-customer reporting separated from repeat.
Home goods
Feed engineering alone. 4,812 SKUs audited, titles rewritten against real queries, custom labels added.
B2B SaaS
Stopped optimising to demo requests, started optimising to closed-won revenue pushed back from HubSpot.
Home services group
Five service lines split out, 1,480 negatives added, call qualification scoring fed back to Google.
Legal practice
High-value, low-volume. Enhanced conversions plus signed-case upload turned a broad account into a narrow, profitable one.
Med-spa · 9 clinics
Per-clinic budgets and geo-fenced creative replaced a single national campaign. Every location now profitable independently.
Fitness franchise · 34 studios
Central creative library with local budget control, plus a lead routing fix that halved speed-to-first-contact.
Roofing · 3 states
Local Services Ads managed alongside Search, with service-area waste removed and storm-season budget rules.
Supplement DTC: $210k a month, and a scoreboard that was lying.
The situation
Eighteen months of growth had flattened. Meta had been the whole business and had stopped scaling above $6k/day. Google was a single brand campaign nobody had touched. The team had concluded the market was saturated.
What we found
No Conversions API, so Meta was seeing 61% of purchases. Twenty-three ad sets each starved of budget. Four creatives, all over four months old. And retargeting revenue was being counted as acquisition, which made real CAC look 40% better than it was.
What we did
Server-side CAPI in week one. Consolidated to three campaigns. Opened Google properly: non-brand search, Shopping and a brand-excluded PMax. Then eleven new creative concepts a month, every one briefed from customer reviews.
Results describe a specific engagement over a 180-day period. Paid media performance depends on offer, margin, market and competition. Past results are not a guarantee of future outcomes.
What the people who signed the invoice say.
"They told us to cut 30% of our spend in month one. Revenue did not drop. That is when I knew they were actually reading the data."
"Performance Max was a black box until AB Group restructured our asset groups and feed. Same budget, 61% more revenue."
"Our lead quality was the problem, not lead volume. They wired the CRM back into Google and the algorithm started finding people who actually sign."
"Nine new concepts a month meant we always had a fresh winner before the last one died. That is the whole trick and nobody else was doing it for us."
"Weekly reporting in contribution margin, not vanity ROAS. My CFO stopped asking me to justify the ad budget."
"Every location profitable, tracked separately, with one creative library. Our franchisees stopped fighting head office about marketing spend."
